"Is there a place for the old in today's society?"
Thesis statement:
Though the elderly are physically weaker than the youths of today, they can still contribute to today's society by sharing with the latter their experiences, thus aiding the latter in making good decisions for the society.

The above thesis is one that is 'complete'. This is because after making a stand, no alternative viewpoint is introduced and only one side of the argument is evident.
